Know where you will end up, because there are two ways to have an ending. Good and Bad.

You can look at it this way. Just don't drive the Rescue Water Craft.

Drive the Rescue Water Craft with purpose!

Our Coxswains operations are sustainable. They know where they are going and how it is going
to end and can position their craft accordingly.

They don't lose, they gain because they have hours of study, and skill set actions, they
put in the hard work during training and they outwork everyone else.


This is the operational behavior called the 'Johnny-B'.

Essentially the Coxswain will draw an imaginary "J" with the "B"ow of the boat with the stern as the delivery end point.

This is a standard in helm general maneuvering.


Notice how many rescue operations you have observed where the ending is close to negligence?

They cannot secure their Rescue Water Craft.
Their positioning is dangerous.
They don't have a plan for their survivors....and it goes on and on.

Why do people accept this?
Because they are not challenged to be great, they are appreciated to be mediocre.

Focus more on your endings and less on your recoveries! Why? Because anyone can recover others,
but only K38 Qualified Coxswains secure their endings and do not cause harm.

There is a distinct difference and we are the solution. Why? Because we care, and so should you.
