Hiroaki Kishi has been active in many water accident scenes as a water rescue professional. Using his experience and knowledge, he has been involved in RWC training and the promotion of water rescue through K38 JAPAN.

In particular, his contributions to rescue boat training for firefighters at the U.S. military base in Iwakuni, Japan, have been highly acclaimed. Hiroaki Kishi is a leading authority on water rescue using watercraft, working with RWC and providing training education in Asia and Japan. He provides licensing education and rescue training for a wide range of people, from beginners to advanced.

Background: Started as a certified lifesaver with the Japan Lifesaving Association in 2000, and in 2011, began RWC training at K38 in the United States.

In 2012, he started working as a professional lifesaver in a Japanese national park (Kerama Islands, Okinawa).

In 2016, he further advanced his career as a rescue instructor with RWC training at K38 Training Center in the U.S.
